- Log in to your OutboundEngine account at app.outboundengine.com and click on the Reviews tab.
- At the top right, click "Request Review".

A pop up window will appear. In "Create Content", you can personalize the message or use the default type up to request a review.

Now, work your way down the left hand side. Click on "Select Review Sites" and choose the specific websites you want to request a review for. I suggest always unchecking OutboundEngine and checking the other options. All 4 and 5 star reviews will automatically display on your Profile Page.

On the lefthand side, click "Schedule" to schedule out your review request. Ask for a review after business has been completed, and you’ve followed up with them and supported any post-sale issues. Some recommended times include Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday either first thing in the morning or just after lunch.

On the lefthand side, click "Choose Recipients" to select a specific person you wish to request a review from or request reviews from multiple people by selecting multiple contacts.
- Once you have selected your mailing group, select "Preview" on the lefthand side. This will give you the customer-facing email that includes the link to your Review Site!

When you are done, click "Send"! OutboundEngine will send you an email when someone leaves you a review. All of your reviews can be found in the Reviews tab at the top of your OutboundEngine account.

You can view contacts you have previously requested a review from, by clicking on the funnel in the upper left hand corner of the page. Clicking on that tab will reveal a drop down titled "Any review request status." From there you can drill down to view contacts with Any review request status, Received a review request, and Not received a review request.
